It is the 1st Company provides pet’s hospice care services in Hong Kong. It was established in 1994. The services are entering into the 20th year. As it has a long history, it is fully experienced.

What should I bring in the ceremony?
Some clients will bring food, clothing or toys which their pet love in their lifetime. And if that things contain plastic material are not allowed to cremation. Also, too many grave goods are not recommedned as it will affect the quality of bones after the cremation.
What should I prepare before driver come?
You should keep your place dry and cold. And please put towel under your pet to avoid dejection.
What if I don't come for the ceremony?
We highly recommend you and your family can come for the ceremony. However, if you really can't schedule it, we will arrange the procedure within two weeks and send the ashes to your place.
Do I need to fully pay when the driver come?
You can only make deposit to our driver and you will have a receipt on that. You can settle the payment when you come. Or you can bank transfer to us.
